QFX headquarters are located in Vernon, California where its dedicated team of Sales, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics, Customer/Technical Support personnel operate from. The company also maintains relationships with key regional distribution partners.
QFX offers dealers and distributors the opportunity to engage directly with the QFX line in its museum-class showrooms for either on-site or online hosted demonstrations of its wide range of products.
QFX manages more than 150,000 square feet of warehousing space with full-service logistics support. Its SAP ERP operating system and inventory management systems are designed to support national retailers with on-time delivery. QFX offers flexible delivery options from its Vernon, CA warehouse, or factory direct to regional distribution centers (DCs), or on a CIF or FOB China basis.
The QFX team is comprised of tier-one National Sales/Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Support and Service staff dedicated to providing customers with full, end-to-end service. Sales is managed by a team of regional sales managers and key distributors. Marketing team provides in-house graphics design for all standard product collateral as well as custom-designed content developed to enhance the customer experience. QFX customer support team provides responsive tech help through its on-site call center. Local technicians provide on-site servicing while maintaining a large inventory of spare and replacement parts for quick turnaround servicing and to support authorized service centers.
